A seminal development was the design and development of the first dual-display neurocognitive assessment system for dementias. CMINDS^® was first applied at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) Alzheimer's Disease Research Center. Subsequently, NeuroComp was the first to successfully computerize and validate the NIA-sponsored Alzheimer's Disease Cooperative Study (ADCS) core assessment battery (ADAS, ADCS-CGIC and ADCS-ADLI) for evaluating treatment effects in controlled clinical trials and research protocols.

NeuroComp has successfully provided clinical trial implementation and support services to the pharmaceutical industry and leading clinical research centers on a national and international basis for over 10 years.
